Mounted and joggled Z stiffeners, and the stiffeners around the access door in the bottom skin.  Also mounted upper and lower rudder bottom hinge.  Also the tail tie-down ring.  See below:

Drilled A5 holes on bottom, finished drilling and started deburring.
